We're often running into an issue when we try to put together a large Dragonflight raid. Inevitably, someone mistakenly chooses Greed of the Dragonflight, which both kicks off the event and prevents anyone else from getting their other Dragonflight quests. It would be great if a guild officer could set up a 24-hour restriction on who can choose that quest to prevent mistakes. We would need the restriction to automatically expire, though, in case officers aren't around for an extended period of time.

But as long as it's an optional restriction I don't see why not, although I think 24 hours is WAY too long.

2. It is about "learning", "teaching" and "reading". Eventually, everyone will know what they should not do and people will tell them so.
3. Is running 4 dragons still a thing? I was told you can only get one fang regardless how many were killed (unlike previous implementation). If that is true, killing 4 dragons only save GM. Killing one dragon each time and do that 4 times will get more fangs (although I don't know if that is still useful). 4x GM though. But you can get 4 surprise bags if you have 4 alt that cover different dragon. Personally, I only care about surprise bag and not the fang.
4. If they have to implement something, something simple like allowing people to get the quest during DF countdown should be easier and desirable. So, no extra restriction but extra flexibility.
5. No, so far, personally, I have not encountered DF be triggered by wrong person.
