  They're trying to help you here. Steam and Arc are fine, Cryptic may not be able to do anything as the issue may be with Epic Games.

  I would try directly launching from the EXE file. Seems to fix quite a few issues i've had with it.
  
  should be in C:\neverwinter_en\neverwinter.exe just search for neverwinter.exe on your computer. then make a shortcut on the desktop.
