Has the issue with incentives been reported?

in Bug Reports (PC)
I have 2 characters leveling them and both stopped getting the incentive tokens. So have not played them.

    There is an issue but not the one you reported. Did you open the adventurer box?
    Also, how many new character are you leveling? The incentive cap is 200. Ideally, 2 new characters. If you have more than that, it will stop when you hit the cap.

    Ok where does it say there is a 200 incentive cap???? I have one that is finished and used the 100 on it for the mount and the 2nd was at 76 that is level 16 and I started another that is level 6 and only has 10 I did not see anything about the cap.

    I have one level 19 that has 76 one level 5 that has 10 and one level 6 that has 10. On yet I saw no Cap mentioned I'm sorry.

    Thank you very much for some reason i did not get to view that. Now this is the issue .. I have a level 19 with only 76 and I have a level 5 with 10 and a level 6 with 10... can you please combine them for my level 19? I am about to level him to 20. Or is this a wasted cause?

    Not able to combine incentive is not the end of the day. Some said companion/mount upgrade token are better deal. In the worst case, you only miss 4 incentive.

    IMO, either mount or companion are good pick. Both are single (not Account).
    Heavy Worg is 55K AD in AH.
    Neverember Guard is nothing special. You may be able to get it free from other event/drop.
