  If you have a mythic enchant, you can trade it for an account claim one, you can only claim one per character (character bound) for each mythic enchant that you trade it (done at the reclaim agent).

  Normal rank 5 enchantment is unbound and you can sell them.
  You can exchange your rank 5 enchantment to an account wide rank 5 enchantment in the claim agent. i.e. your unbound rank 5 is now gone. Not in your inventory anymore.
  After you did that, you can get a character bound rank 5 enchantment from the claim agent for each character in your account.
  No, it is not unlimited quantity because you don't have unlimited number of characters in one account.

  Too bad you can't trade more bound, preview had this feature tho.
