Three of three times running LOMM today, during the Trobriand boss fight, the second scorpions group spawned empowered.

    Seen something similar myself. Except it was the first group.

    Everybody was playing by the rules too, all the DPS switched to the scorpions once they got woken up. No AOEs clipping the big man.

    They start as empowered, you need trobriand to hit them with his big AOE palm blast to unempower them
