Sharandar BHE issues

About 9:40 pm eastern US time - all three instances of sharandar did not have the BHE for episode 3. Waited and moved between the instances and it never popped. We had organized a heroic run for all 3 episodes - no problems with ep1 and 2. For ep3, did the minor ones. When the last minor one (crystal collection) was completed, the bhe did not pop. 10 minutes later - not a single HE (major or minor) had popped for ep3 in any instance. There were **zero** heroic events in ep3.

    About 12 hours later - just checked 2 of 3 instances and no change. Not a single HE in ep3.

    Cheked like 10 min ago n for me all HEs in that zone spawned normally, and yesterday was similar; havent hopped to other instances tho; i`m runing on toon that unlocked that zone recently, so there might be a problem

    Once again - just as I type this. No HE in EP3 in either of 2 instances. Using a toon that just unlocked ep3. Prior posts were using toon that had completed sharandar campaign. EP 1 and 2 seem to be working fine.

    I don't see how a complete toon and just unlocked toon will make the difference of the HE being pop'ed. HE is a public event and not a toon specific event.

    At this moment, I am in instance 1 and I can see HE is all 3 areas. A BHE and a HE in ep3 area.
    Switch to instance 2 and the same thing. A BHE and a HE in ep3 area.

    I think the key is where you are where you check for HE for the 3rd area.
    If you are not in the 3rd area, you won't see the HE in the 3rd area. You need to be in the 3rd area to see them.

    Does not matter where you are, all available mhe and bhe are shown on map and there are instances where there is nothing going on in terms of heroics in any area and sometimes when you switch instances you get the same. For me it does not matter because I finished that area and apparently you only need to redo episode 1 for the keys.

    Pretty sure it was not like that before as I remember going through with all 10 toons and there was always two or three minor heroics going on somewhere on the map and the BHEs always seemed to be available in the area I had yet to unlock.

    It does matters where you are. Check that out yourself. If you are in the main area, bring up the map. There is no HE in the 3rd area. Go into 3rd area. Bring up the map, you will see HE in the 3rd area. Go back to the main area. Bring up the map. Those HE are gone again.

    For 1st and 2nd area, that does not happen.

    Pay attention to the clock. They both are in 12:06am. I did not change instance.

    Just checked again - not a single BHE in ep3 in the one instance I checked. Something is definitely not working. Maybe maintenance will magically fix it.

    Where were you when you checked? Were you actually in the 3rd area? For BHE, it is either single or zero.

    I am in the 3rd area. 9:50am EST. 2 small HEs in instance #1.


    9:51am EST. One BHE and 2 small HE in instance #2.

    That helps. I can confirm that there is at least a display issue. If you are in the main (landing zone) area, you can see EP1 and EP2 heroic events without issue but NOT EP3 heroic events.
