Rings of air and darkness remaining bugs (tests: October 17)

I don't know what happened with previous thread, so here a thread backup.
Air defender:
Damage from Air defender can't be affected from many damage buffs: I checked Executioner's Blade, Batiri's Wisdom and Soul Sight Crystal; only Executioner's Blade can affect damage, other 2 effects can't increase Air defender's damage.
For some reasons Dooming Darkness debuff icon changed to poison icon. I think it would be clearer if you use Ring of darkness icon (same as before patch) or Diamond shard icon (icon from the Queen's Empowerment buff, buff which applies this debuff on enemies). Here is the Diamond shard icon:
After one of the patches all 4 effects can't no more dealing critical hits which makes them less powerful for players who increase their critical stats. I think you should return critical hits to these rings but with additional decreasing magnitudes for all effects.
Band of Air become useless when player equip both rings:
Aery Defender power from Band of Air deals 600 magnitude damage and has 1 second cooldown.
Aery Defender power from Queen's Empowerment deals 600 magnitude damage (in total) and has 10 seconds cooldown.
So when player equip both rings, power from Band of Air changes to weaker power. As a result player has less damage from 2 rings than from only Band of Air. Could you decrease cooldown on Aery Defender power from 10 seconds to 1 to make powers balanced.
