Voice Chat Participants, not exiting after leaving PARTY--since M23.

You can leave a party, and yet still hear former members of your party talking; and they can hear you. Only way to CLEAR this up is to have one or all parties exit the client all together!
Previously you would still see Voice Participant list, even if you weren't in party. So you could STILL see, and then remove people. Yet that OPTION now only shows while in a party, even though you still hear each other!
NOTE: They don't even allow you to remove members from Voice Chat, like they used to! So can only exit and login which is unfortunate.
