Dragonbone Vale campaign store won't let me buy Ingots of the North?

I hit level 5 in the faction rank and the Ingots of the North in the campaign store have become grayed out. There is a message that says "There is no room in your inventory". However there is a lot of room in my inventory. I am stuck and can't figure out how to clear inventory when there is plenty of room.

    Yes I was finally able to get the items. I logged in with another toon to find where the items were stored. They are in the profession tab and I must admit I am surprised that it could fill up. Anyhow, I removed some items and I was able to purchase the Ingots that I needed. Thank you for your help!
