I don't see this all the time, yet it seems really odd the arrows shoot at Enemy, while also (somtimes) shooting into the sky. Yet not sure what is causing this double arrow effect with ONE going into the Sky, it would be NICE if they finally FIXED this for sure!
This isn't all the time, perhaps only 15-20% of the time, yet still really looks FUNNY & ODD to say the least. This is more typical with Hunter, yet I've also see Warden just as easily too, doesn't matter the encounter, or at-will either. Can sometimes happen with all. Seen on At-Wils with Aimed Shot, Split Shot (with only one going skyward) here, and even on Rapid Shot for Both, including Warden's Penetrating Arrows! As for Encounters I've seen it happen on Constricting Arrows, Longstrider's Shot, Hawk Shot, Commanding Shot, Hindering Shot; it likely happens on every one.
Despite the damage still goes to the target enemy, sometimes it shoot at Enemy, and the same time it shoots a duplicate arrow into the SKY.
This despite the mouse is more in the CENTER of the action targeting the Enemy, as they should be. It just doesn't show the mouse in the screenshots in Neverwinter, but if I was looking up you'd see clouds not the enemy at ground level as I'm looking more toward the ground or directly at Enemy that in front of me.
Here's another where it shoots skyward, while apparently I only see the one shooting skyward.

I've seen it on both Hunter and Warden Class as well, possibly a glitch from Cordon of Arrows, yet may not be though; I think that's an assumption too! Seeing arrows shoot into the SKY, when they should be shooting forward though is really ODD!
Edit for spelling
Still hopefully they will FIND the actual cause, and be able to address this in near future for sure!
