Bleeding Citadel Bugs

This just happened as i got back from invoking from other toons when i switched chars from inside the hunt lure area. Another bug that happens is i get stuck inside the wall to the left of Huntmaster Soradiel.

    This happened to me as well a few weeks back on the PS as I was helping a guild mate with hunts. Ran around for a bit and then hit an area where I was instant killed then revived back at the campfire.
