astral diamonds spent instead of reroll token

I was at the end of skirmish, and was checking out the chest. Got some loot. Then I noticed the loss of 5000 of my astral diamonds. I sent a support ticket and they told me it was because I did a reroll and if you do those without a token it costs 5000 AD.

That character has over 2000 reroll tokens.
If you have a reroll token, that option to spent 5k ad for reroll doesn't appear to be an option.
Yet, the support CS said I spent 5k on a reroll and that money is gone.

This seems like a bug.

    It is a bug - I think it applies to certain skirmishes (and perhaps dungeons). Reroll tokens cannot be used. Master of the Hunt was (is?) one.

    Maybe, but it's not always.
    I've done master of the hunt and used reroll tokens on the chest, without 5k AD going poof.

    I use rerolls in the Master of the Hunt free chest... But maybe the bug is with the second chest.

    This has happened to me as well. A guild mate of mine experienced this too and she recommended moving your AD to the shared bank before running the skirmish “Master of the Hunt”. This forces the chests to use the re-roll tokens and you will notice it works as intended on the left chest. However, the chest on the right will only take the key to open it once and not allow you to use the re-roll tokens you have. Hope this helps.

    IDK what is happening but today lomm and folly didn't want my tokens. Only ad. One thing more. My reroll tokens, that i got today, are bound to account . I can send them to me via mail but not through shared bank.
