An Unexpected and Fun Bi-Product of the New "Campaign"

Yeah so well I havent run RADQ and RDQ for a couple of years, RADQ just bores me and RDQ takes sooo long its not worth the grind for the paltry amount of RAD.

Now with this new campaign battle pass thing I have been running RDQ again and you know what? I have had some fun, taught some new players some stuff, had some excellent final boss fights and generally been loving the old dungeons again.

Epic Cragmire - almost forgot how to put out the fires at the last boss using the Keg at the back, and even then it was a close fight.

Epic Lair of Lostmauth - the final dragon fight was great fun, running, tanking, remembering the mechanics and finally it was down to me [tanking] and one dps to finish it off from about 15% hit points down. Really exciting and reminded me how good some of the boss mob fights can be.

So I guess thank you to the devs for giving me some reason to run through the RDQ again.

Actually random games are only good thing in this game right now. Our "youtubers" don't want to make video about that, because, well, they just don't play with random people. They don't play with new players in random game. But they know that this event is good for new players lol.

As a streamer, it makes sense to engage with your viewers rather than random players though. That said, their viewers can totally be newer players. I do this all the time with other games, like GW2 and SWTOR. NW has a problem in that not that many players like to watch when compared to similar sized games.

Streamers are mostly on the twitch. And they, well, make random q so... I've "spoken" about our don quixotes on youtube. Anyway, some people must play with new players. I was new player too (well we all were) and some people carried me too. Make at least one place for new player. It costs nothing. It's even easier for a streamer to find&carry new player because, well, he streams.
