"sound in background" option please

I have to wait anywhere from 5min to 1hour to get an instance queue.

When I tab out of the game I cannot hear the sound when my instance queue pops.

Im very sad.

Enable option ty.

    I'd like that, too, for the same reason. My workaround is to play in a window and position the browser window so that I can see the top of the game's screen. I still miss queues, but fewer now!:)

    i agree, hearing the same line a 1000 times is kind of annoying

    Wait until you have to do something and that pirate guy in that one zone keeps saying "But we don't have enough hands!". It's burned into my brain. ;)

    I found a program that shows your game screen in thumbnail. I am using it now, I hope I do not get banned for this.

    Adding my support, this seems like a no-brainer. I'm not so concerned with instance pops myself, but rather I like the music in the game and don't like how it's interrupted every time I leave the window to chat with a friend or check a web page. It breaks the continuity of the game for me.

    I agree with the above-- please! Queue system is somewhat burdensome enough already, this would help quite a bit.

    I really hate to Necro this; however, I see no indication that this has ever been addressed. If it has, what has Cryptic done to allow us to hear the game when in another window. No window modes work in allowing sound when tabbed out. Or is there some command that can be added to the launcher that allows music to play when tabbed out?

    another option might be to make the minimized icon flash when it pops like this

    Problem with that is I cannot minimize my game when I'm streaming it. Thanks though.
