Stop putting BiS behind temp events

Hi, old returning player here.

Last time I played was around 2018 or so. I was always aiming at getting the BiS gear. But nowadays it seems I cant have the best gear because items were only available during specific events. Its not really motivating for a player just to grind and spend time and AD and only be 2nd best or not even that.

Also not a fan that some BiS items still BiS after two years. Having to grind super old content instead of the new content is not optimal at all (like mod 18/19 hunts).

Also fix the Band of Air ring. This is Neverwinter, not LOTR. Its should not be about the one ring.

    You're assuming they care what the players consider BiS.

    I feel like the sentiment of the community is rather the opposite. They want reasons to return to older zones. They don't want older content to be removed. Events will come back, I doubt stuff in the battle passes will forever be only available from there. Aasimars will be available in the zen store with M23. We've seen journal artifacts come back, etc.

    Aside from journals, I don't think theres any other Bis gear hidden behind temp events. The journals come back roughly every 3 months or so and can be bought off the AH.

    As a tank or healer, none of the temp stuff is Bis. We also don't need the journals, as artifacts as a tank is needed for stamina regen and for healers you have a wide range of options.
