Portobellos broken???

Been trying to get into portobellos area on my bard and cant interact with either person in protectors enclave. This is my character i have been tokens of achievemnet etc.on for the new companion so i dont want to miss getting it this time. Any my other characters.get over there no problem just the bard doesnt interact
