Stuck in first Day Well of Dragons

On my toon i started the tyranny of dragons campaign. I had to complete the cult prison and found out the end chest was bugged. I still cannot complete the Quest. And there is no option to abandon the Quest. So there is no way to complete my first day of the campaign. Now what?

On that same toon i also still have issues with the end chests in some thayan lairs (dread ring). Just saying.

    Until they fix it, the reported workaround is to connect a usb keyboard and type 1 after you open the end chest.

    Please fix this. It seems like a critical bug as quests simply cannot be completed. This problem exists for both Cult Prison and Drake Pen quests. 100% repeatable bug. Just accept and do quests.

    This does not work on PS4. At least, not my PS4. I have connected 2 separate USB keyboards and the console recognizes a keyboard has been connected, but nothing happens when you press 1. Have tried every key on keyboard to no avail. I've been stuck on day 1 Well of Dragons for over 3 months now. About to start Ravenloft and I still have no clue, except from what I've gleaned from other content, what the hell happens in Campaign!

    Haven't found a workaround for Dread Ring Lairs. Sometimes they work. Sometimes they don't. Seem to have better luck with Phantasmal Fortress and Jawbone's Lair.

    On a side note, Biggrins Tomb is also glitchy. However, I've found that it seems to work fine if your pledged to Arcane Brotherhood, but not Ten Towns. Tried it yesterday. Ran it with Ten Towns, empty chest. Abandoned and completed dailies. Broke contract, signed with Brotherhood and took mission again and it worked. Why? Who knows?

    Yea , keyboard trick doesn’t work for me either on PS4.
    Just about given up these devs can fix it . They don’t even respond to this bug . I’ve posted about this more times than I care to mention , smh
