How To Start The New Masterwork Quest Line?

I have completed all previous Chultan Masterwork tasks, but am unable to pick up the quest from the Artisan that should send me to the Sharandar contact. I remember this being a known issue on preview back in the day and it would only be fitting if this made live so that some are unable to start the new Masterwork quest line. Obviously I wouldn't rule out that I'm missing something here, but reporting this a bug, because, again, it was an issue on preview as well.

Things I went to look for quests:

- Workshop
- Chult
- Stronghold
- Sharandar

    I'm not sure they ever activated the Sharandar Masterwork on live.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    There are also new Masterwork items in the Auction House.

    Yeah, I found news of it offsite. Looks like it wasn't quite ready. When in reality it should have gone live with New Sharandar.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    I have a similar issue. There is no quest for me at the artisan, but I noticed yesterday that even having all the professions maxed out and all MW unlocked, it let me buy the armorsmithing I and II recipes at chultan MW tab. For some reason for the npc i dont have those unlocked and that prevent me to progress and get the new quest, Is it your case too?

    I bought them on preview server, I and II armorsmithing recipes, and after the sharandar MW quest appeared on the dialogue options.

    Excellent. Buying recipe for ad unlocked quest for me too. I'm hoping for fix immadiatelly, because I have spend fortune to unlock all professions and I don't want to spend it again on things that I already unlocked. But probably I expect too much, and it will be bugged even in a day of official release.

    Thanks this was indeed the culprit. Spending 1M AD to work around this bug isn't too bad.

    I would not even try until they said it is ready. Even when they say it is ready, I would still wait for a week. I am not a fearless pioneer though. I don't jump into a mine field knowing it is a mine field.

    The senior game specialists has informed us that the development team made an unintentional release of the Sharandar Masterwork and has been disabled as of the moment.    "

    Ticked solved.

    I wouldn't expect any fix for this any time soon.

    Clueless support as always. Nothing is disabled. You can craft all the recipes.

    yea.. I would have prefer an honest reply from support, like currently we dont have enough resources to work in a fix for this or anything but they told me 2 times that is disable and even linked me the Julia's post about the unintended release, which says: "we will not be removing it from live in order to minimize the impact on players who have already engaged with it." Although I can't blame the support agent because this just seems like a default response to any player who bring an issue related to new MW.

    It seems to unlock for some people who just waltz to their SH's artisan and pick up the quest.
    Not so for me, but I also have not completely finished Sharandar so I am blaming it on that
