Purchasing Earl Companion not Updating Collection Page

I bought the Earl the Chickenmancer companion from Zen store to fill out the Collection Page. No update upon receiving him, binding nor summoning him. Minor bug, true, but discourages me from buying anything else for the purpose of completing a Collection.

    This happened to me as well today. I bought the item from Zen store and also equipped it.
    It is the last item missing to complete my April Fowls event collection, but it didn't register...
