Refining Bug: Motes Don’t Stack

So I saw the thread about preservation wards and I agree that it’s completely illogical that all wards would be destroyed even though only one reagent is chosen to be destroyed. I still that’s a bug that should be fixed.

However, a bigger problem is that motes are not stacking to increase the chance of refining success. That MUST be a bug. Slot one primitive more and you have a 1% chance of success. Slot 20 primitive motes and you should have a 20% chance. Instead, you still have a 1% chance!? Riddle me that one Batman. You grind for weeks and spend AD to buy motes and they don’t actually increase your likelihood of success?

Please let the community know when you’re going to fix this obvious critical defect in your new refining system.

    It only allows one mote which can be 1% (green), 2% (blue), 5% (purple), 10% (orange) and 100% (cyan). I pretty sure they don't want to do what you ask.

    Also, what would the incentive be to get motes with rates of chance below 100% if this were true? It would be a complete and utter waste of time. The whole point of acquiring more motes is to increase your chance of success. If not that, then why bother?

    Because it actually shows ONE mote slot and THREE ward slots (for preservation wards). So you can slot one mote to increase your chance of success and up to three stacks of preservation wards to protect your reagents in case you fail on your attempt.

    Because you can keep on upgrading after success (e.g. from r1 to r5). Just like you can put a stack of p-ward. The extra is for the next time. The incentive is for you to gamble to succeed with less than 100 tries (if you protect only one item).

    By the way, you can put a stack of c-mote to it too but it is not for 9900% chance.

    It seems odd that they don't allow motes to combine because it makes very little sense to only increase the change by 1% when you have marginally decreased the chance of losing your preservation wards. It doesn't make statistical sense because a 5% versus a 6% chance just means that the probability of the event not occurring is 94% vs. 95%.
