Enchantment Exchange Issue

I've been able to exchange most of my level 10 or higher enchantments for the new currency but I have at least one (level 14 weapons enchantment) that it won't seem to recognize. It is character bound. I didn't see where that would be an issue as i read other information but maybe i missed something. Anyone else experiencing the same thing or know why it's happening?

    Weapon and armour enchantment can be exchanged in a different tab of the vendor (not in the same tab of normal enchantment).

    Thanks for the reply Plasticbat.

    Unfortunately, that tab isn't coming up. That tab did show up for my armor enchantment but not the weapon enchantment. Both were level 14 enchants the only difference (besides one being armor then other weapon) was that the weapon is bound to character and the armor was not. i've been checking developer forum etc trying to see if they ID any restrictions on bound vs bound or if it's just a "glitch"

    If it is your Heart of Fire Enchantment from AI it is the only one not tradeable. Currently, it is just a useless item for your inventory with, apparently, no plans to do anything about it.

    That one is not a weapon enchantment. :)

    yeah, i goofed....i had it in my weapons offense slot. Probably would have helped if i listed the enchant name to start with but couldn't remember it's full name and didn't have my system up to check it.
