Mod22 loose Healing percetage while "fighting" or "healing"

Im on 87 % outgoing healing (On healing DC) . But when I start Healing and fighting for a while it drops down to 62%.
This happens with ALL augument companion and with normal companion.

When I stand still for some seconds it goes back to 87%

    You have a feat which increases your OGH by 25% when divinity is full. It's useless IMO.

    He means Class Feature - it's the one on the far right.
