Con Elemento-Artifact Modification

The Artifact Modification for Con Elemento states it "increases the damage done by con elemento by 10%".
Thing is, CE may change, depending on what song you are playing. So my question now: Does the 10% damage increase also continue for the 3 "upgrades" (e.g. con moto)?

    Amusing.
The modification only works on the Con Elemento variants, but not the unaugmented Con Elemento.

Mathematical proof is below if you care to examine, but I think you and others can find my math trustworthy.

    Character Used:

Artifact Modification doesn't work on unaugmented Con Elemento:

Damage dealt is 4955 on a normal hit (no crit/deflect/CA).

Using stats from the character used and assuming we "did" have the artifact weapon buff (10%), the damage calculation would look something like this:

    (Base Damage) * (Magnitude/100) * (1+ (Ability Score * 0.0025)) * (Power) * (Buffs) * (1/1+(Enemy Defense))
    (3279) * (130/100) * (1+(11*0.0025)) * (1+0.697) * (1+0.10) * (1/1+0.5)
    (3279) * (1.3) * (1.0275) * (1.697) * (1.1) * (1/1.5)
    5450.

Wait a second, you say, this is wrong compared to the test hit!
    And you would be correct.

If we DID NOT have the artifact weapon buff on the hit (ie buff = 0), the calculation would look like this:

    (Base Damage) * (Magnitude/100) * (1+ (Ability Score * 0.0025)) * (Power) * (Buffs) * (1/1+(Enemy Defense))
    (3279) * (130/100) * (1+(11*0.0025)) * (1+0.697) * (1+0.0) * (1/1+0.5)
    (3279) * (1.3) * (1.0275) * (1.697) * (1.1) * (1/1.5)
    4955.15

And this matches about what the game gave me in damage.

I tend to verify my calculations in an internal spreadsheet which goes to more decimal places and is easier to input things with.
My spreadsheet's calculation looks something like this:

Slight rounding difference, but basically correct to the game.
Con Elemento's artifact mod does not work even on the stated at-will it's supposed to work on.

Con Fuoco correctly uses artifact mod

Base damage is 6517 on a non crit/deflect/CA hit.
I take the last hit to wait out the Truly Inspired buff.

When I input 14% for the total sum of buffs (2% from Blaze Flamenco base, 2% for Battle Harmony's matching buff, and 10% from artifact mod) for the attack, you can see I am about on par with what the game puts out:

There are some slight rounding errors I bet, caused by Forte and whatnot, but I don't believe it to be that material of a difference to matter.
The artifact mod works on Con Fuoco.

Con Moto correctly uses artifact mod

Damage is 6692 on a normal hit (non crit/CA/deflect).

When inputting the variables for the calculation, we just need to modify the ability score to 22 to reflect that Projectile damage scales off of STR.

According to my calculations, 6692 correctly matches up to the expected damage of the hit, telling us that the game correctly uses the Con Elemento modification.

Con Brio correctly uses artifact mod

Damage is 6692 on a non crit/deflect/CA hit.

    Calculation is correct.
We don't need to modify the ability score since Physical damage scales off of STR as well.

Matches up according to the math.

So basically, it works on everything but the one that actually is in the description ... nice.

Now if they could only Fix the Bard Songs so they stack again .... We would have a reason the use Ballad of the Hero or Witch again ..Instead of wiping of the Tailwind Mambo song off ...
