At first release .. They worked right I could play the Bard stacking the Songs .. And that made ok DPS my combo was Tailwind Mambo and as soon as I could play next song Ballard of the Hero (15376767 it's hard hard to play in the middle of dodging ) But both songs stacked and did ok DAM ... No More any next song consumes the old song .. And the other At Wills from steel March and Blaze Flamenco are not very good (to slow cast times) My Fix would be PUT it back like it was .. And speed up the 2 other At Wills so they are worth using .. And raise the DPS up a bit .. It's rough typing 15376767 in the middle of battle when any one hit can kill you ... And now because the songs don't stack no reason to do so .. I like the Class Bard but he is my lowest DPS of all my toons .. So Please fix the Class maybe make it easier to play .. Thank you for a Fun Game ..

My husband asked me to log on to the forums and rally the troops... how am I doing? All games start out huge, like New World last October had something like over half a million people, then they lost 80% by December. I told everyone here that would happen. My husband works for Amazon, he knew they had no future planned content at the time. It was something made to promote the AWS and Lumberyard. I don't play New World but I understand they have a Preview Test Server for players up and running. Will the 80% return? No. If they produce great content maybe more than half will return. The others already found something else to play.
The online games are made up of different factions who come into a game as a Loyalist, Exploratory, or Casual player.
- The Loyalist plan to play the game until the game shuts down or they die.
- The Casual plays the game once in a while, drops in like your aunt from Seattle.
- The Exploratory is here to kick the tires and is all about the new experience.
This last group is the 80% that leave and some might return, if they hear about the new content. Without fresh ideas, the game will degrade faster than ever. This is why I believe the Foundry was so important to Neverwinter. When it ended April, 2019 there was absolutely nothing new here to hold the player's interest between module 16 and module 18. That was from Undermountain (April, 2019) to Avernus (January, 2020). Module 17 was Stardock and if you don't know about it, I am not surprised. You had to beat Undermountain and it was basically a wrapper for Undermountain subsection B.New content is key to online games. For whatever reason, Cryptic decided to recycle Sharandar for module 20, module 21 added bards but no new content, removed existing content, and that was when I stopped playing the game. I considered myself a Loyalist, I logged in each and every day, I ran events for players, and did my very best to help promote the game. I held a party and gave away all my stuff. All my characters are right where I left them.
I am told by friends who still play, module 22 is more about buying new enchantments, and less about new content. They removed all the old cult of dragon in module 21 to put in new cult of the dragon into module 22. Recycled content yet again, not even a decent story either. So why should the 80% return? This is why these forums are silent.
We have posted for a long long time - Alotof the bard bugs have been reported since it was being tested.
Have a look here:
https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1263776/another-list-of-bard-bugs
That is a HUGE list of bugs the Bard Class is riddled with.
Honestly, just either work around the bugs or reroll another Class. The chance of these bugs ever being fixed are slim to none.
Maybe each of us, bards, should compose a song about our songs being broken, and make a big charity concert in the Moonstone Mask to raise funds for the F.U.C.
What the F.U.C. ? The "Fellowship of the Unbreakable Cittern" association.
Bards, let's join the F.U.C. !
So a bard, to inspire, became.
Buffs and speed, heals and songs,
He had the pack to prevail.
But the world, oh so cruel
Decided to crush him away.
"Your heals are all HAMSTER,
Your songs are all HAMSTER,
Your buffs i can't feel anyway.
A DC is better, can heal me whenever
All you have is delay"
Our bard heartbroken,
Alone and forgotten,
Start to train again.
To heal and to buff,
to inspire and entretain.
He fighted the urge to end.
"Your heals are all HAMSTER,
Your songs are all HAMSTER,
Your buffs i can't feel anyway.
A pally is better, can shield me whenever
All that you have is delay"
Burning AD,
His brain and his self..
Our bard started again.
A whole new mentality
Restarted from nothing
He wouldn't give up yet.
"Your heals are all HAMSTER,
Your songs are all HAMSTER,
Your buffs i can't feel anyway.
A warlock is better, can heal me and shield me
All that you have is delay"
And that's how our bard
Our lovely little friend
Decided to give up in the end.
Ready to change his class,
An invite came along,
And that's when the value
Became a song.
"Your heals are great,
Your songs are inspiring,
Your buffs really save us there.
Other healers are good, but you complement us
All you have is just great"
Oh, our bard finally get's to shine.
Destroying the meta,
Supporting the team,
Our bard finally get's to shine.
Oh, our bard.. Finally get's.. To shine.
That's my 2 cents (and bio). Can make (or try) another one if my muse allows it.

The "community manager" apparently "escalated" the bug reports to the dev team one month ago.
Nothing was done despite the players going through the official bug report procedure, so make of that what you will.
What tune do you sing this to?
