Character slot sales 80%?

How often/when do the character slots go on sale for 80% off. I'm a new player and would like to buy a bunch at this discount.

    The last time Character Slot Sale at 80% was in August 2017! I am surprised they have not bring it back, it been too long, doubt they bring it back or maybe this post will remind them to bring it back.

    Doubt this will happen. Slots are not that expensive. Players wanting to play another class can just buy a slot and use a 20% coupon. A 80% off slots only encourages players to build an invoke army, something I'm sure the devs don't like.

    My conspiracy theory is they would only do it when they need to show good login number because doing just daily invocation is still counted as one login and one active player.

    Character slot is cheap even with full price. 80% off is not for getting more money (or enough money to justify to make such move).

    My conspiracy theory is someone high up chose to do it in certain "crisis" situation like someone's job is on the line because of bad number.
