Echoes of prophecy campaign currency issues

After buying the pass for the campaign "echoes of propechy" and finishing the "prophetic retellings" i cannot gain any currency in of "dragons and influence" and currency gains are still divide by a factor of 3. It affects progression speed and I do not know if finishing "a tear in the weave" I will be able to progress normally. This has been previously reported and no action as been taken as of yet, and is detrimental for mine and certainly others characters progression.

On short, started campaign only at "prophetic retellings", did not finish before starting "of dragons and influence", bought pass, finished "prophetic retellings" and now can only progress in "a tear in the weave" gaining 1/3 of usual currency. There was no mention of this behaviour in the battle pass description. Please address this. It has been considerable time since reported, and not even a reply or acknowlegdement of the issue. How will the hinderend progression be compensated relating to other players that did not have this issues?

    I have a similar issue. When I started the game, I earning Marks of the Threat for Milestone 3 only. After buying Premium, I started getting all 3 tokens, and the total number of tokens received was divided by 3. After buying out Milestone 2, I'm now only getting tokens for Milestone 1 and it's still only a 1/3 of what I should be getting. Emailed support and got the following:

    "I understand that you have been doing the daily and weekly repeatable quests of the Echoes of Prophecy Campaign and were receiving Harper Badges of Honor, Lords Alliance Crests and Marks of the Threat for each quest before. However, after reaching 3000 Marks of the Threat and buying out Milestone 2, Prophetic Retellings, you only get Harper Badges of Honor now. I have also read that the buyout cost for the last Marks costs 250 Zen instead of 200. Let me see what I can do to help.

    Upon review, we appear to be receiving similar reports from other players as well. I will surely take note of your ticket and forward it to our Senior GMs so they can report it to the development team. You have the option of sharing your experience on our official forum as an additional reference. Other players may also pitch in their feedback once they see your post."

    @infmik @percemer is there any update to this? I've been avoiding handing in legacy quests until I hear back.

    I see this has been brought up again, I would like to point out there's been multiple forum posts on this issue which have gotten no form of acknowledgment (the oldest one being over a month old), were it not for this bug I would have already completed all the campaigns...

    I doubt it will be fixed. They probably let it reaches April and 'died naturally'. I would not bet on them fixing it before the deadline. Hence, it is better cut the loses and finish it one way or the other so that the campaign rewards won't be lose.

    Yeah I'm not holding my breath. I submitted a ticket via their tech support first, which in theory should be investigated and resolved, but since I was told to go mention it on the forums, they may as well have told me to forget about getting support.

    Did not get any reply as of yet. Meanwhile managed to finish the 1st chapter and now I´m able to progress normally in the 3rd, which should had been finished before christmas if currency was rewarded correctly. Also it is now possible to get more than once a day currency from legacy quests

    i can't finish the echoes of prophecy campaign..it stay on 3624 points what ever i do, turning in quests or Sybella. Played with different chars on that account. I even waited a week for the reset on monday but still the same points.

    If you did not buy the premium pack, your campaign was ended on Jan 10, 2022. If you buy the premium pack, you can continue to progress (regardless how slow it may be) until end of April.

    Most posts in this thread were about the premium pack does not do the right thing for them.

    I've got milestone 2 and 3 finished, but milestone 1 is still only giving me 1/3 of the points I should get (e.g. 8 points per daily, 40 per weekly, instead of 24 daily and 120 weekly)

    No mention of this bug being fixed in the patch notes...
