I am writing on the behalf of my GF as she isnt as good to english.
She is trying to complete the campaign and are doing milestone 3. She's stuck at 3300/4000 and cant progress further.
She' s done decrees, skirmishes, sybella weeklies, nothing count towards progressions. Its like the game think shes 4000/4000.

So buying the battle pass will help her progress further as far as I can read.
