Adjust The Dragon "Doohickey" Utility Items

In its current state, the item is not as desirable, especially considering it was intended as a chase item. Many spent millions to acquire them, and now they're simply sitting pretty while players have to choose between the Hawk or Doohickey items for combat options.

My suggestion is to make it more meaningful, by replacing the DR/DMG percent against dragons to be universal (against all) for all rarity tiers.

Alternatively, if that is not an option, please consider allowing it to be used alongside the hawk/doohickey, as those are useful for combat situations whereas the dragon is a passive buff. This was, after all, meant to be an exclusive item you wished players to obtain, and yet, the current state of it is rather lackluster and would make me question further "exclusive" releases going forward.

Failing that, I'd like to see the option of all those who completed a set (or those who have a legendary) be able to also claim a vanity pet version, as, in its current state with the options available, it is more fitting as such and I'd rather run that than have it collect dust in my inventory since it is visually pleasing.

TL;DR The dragon utility item is underperforming and needs a buff or allowed to be used alongside throwable utility items.

I think the main reason for them not stacking would be to limit the number of stuff floating around us. If that is the case, it would be nice to have just the first equipped to show the visual and the rest not appear.

From what a dev mentioned in my stream yesterday it seems it would be due to balance reasons as it might overperform.
