Frame-limiter for loadingscreen.... please?

Can we please get a framelimiter for the loadingscreens/cutscenes?
....i dont need 1755 FPS on a single image...

    Hey Grimm, I think you should be able to limit it in your GPU software. Most games sadly dont have limits on loading screens for some reason

    Update -
    Found a setting under "Advanced" Limit Frame Rate

    Dont know if it's always been there, dont recall seeing it, but really nice that we've got one.
