winter gift: 100% off VIP (30 days) December 16 – January 13

hi - I had a few questions about the 100% off VIP winter gift.

1. i wanted to confirm that this is the one seen under the rewards claims agent / CLAIMS tab ?
2. when you claim it, does it automatically apply the coupon? or does it just give you a coupon that you are free to apply at any time?
3. if it is a coupon, does it have a timed expiration date? is that expiration date January 13? or is the January 13 just the latest date that you can claim the coupon?

I was hoping to apply the VIP when I have more free time to play Neverwinter next year, so I was hoping that it would be an inventory coupon that does not have an expiration timer.

    1. Yes.
    2. No. You need to go to the Zen to buy it with 0 Zen.
    3. Jan 13 is the last day you can claim. I used mine. Hence, I don't know if the coupon has an expiry date but I don't think it has one. Since you have to claim it by Jan 13, you will know when you claim yours.

    It looked like a permanent coupon till used as it did not have a timer on it.
