Lionheart Set outgoing healing bonuses don't work

I have both the Lionheart Hammer and Shield for my Paladin healer. My outgoing healing shows 54.5% when my stamina is at 100% when I don't have the set equipped. When I equip the set, it still shows 54.5%. It's my understanding that this set should increase my outgoing healing by 7.5% but it doesn't. Please help.

    Having the same concerns. I spent a ton of AD to acquire the set for my paladin, and not seeing any stat changes with it equipped. Could it be that unbound ones are bugged or is the 7,5% just not applied to your actual stat.

    All outgoing healing buffs from weapons aren't visible in the character sheet but correctly work.

    I've tested and it works. It's not a multiplier value in "outgoing heal", but a simple increase in output. It's not exactly 7.5% and it's smaller, probably 4%+.

    I think this is becouse your outgoing heal is not 0 and this one gets added on top of that, since you already have 54% outgoing healing i think the actual bonus will be something like 7.5/(100+54)
