Second week of Siege of Neverwinter extra Token of Participation from providing supplies?

The Event info page in game states that "When to second week of the siege begins you will have a chance to earn an extra [Token of Participation]. This will come from providing supplies to aid the battle." Okay, how do we do this? I don't see any new quests on the Battlefield, at the Stronghold, or in Protector's Enclave.
I understand you can earn some extra tokens from ginding the Breaking the Siege quest but that's been available since the first day of the event.
Anyone???
