Several wizard control power are broken against cc immune targets

Hello, I'd like to report several broken spells against cc immune targets.
Repel on mastery does absolutely nothing to cc immune targets.
Arcane Singularity doesn't deal damage to cc immune targets and doesn't trigger Shatter strike, although the "immune" status appears on top of the target. Nevertheless it procs Bilethorn and smolder (thaumaturge, critical conflagration on).
Furious Immolation doesn't proc Shatter Strike on cc immune targets, although the "immune" status appears. It doesn't proc Bilethorn neither.
Conduct of Ice doesn't proc Shatter Strike on cc immune targets, although the "immune" status appears.

Other than that everything checks out, I bet there are other spells with the same issues with cc immune targets and control spells on the arcanist side as well.
I tried all other control spells on cc immune dummy, even shield/pulse, they work fine.
