can't slot any enchantments in gear

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
hi after todays patch november 2nd's patch on ps4. I took out a enchantment from a piece of gear, and now i can't put any back in or any enchants back in to the slot. i have tried every everything i could do to fix this on my own, but nothing works. Please fix this. i've already submitted a ticket

    After todays patch I can no longer slot Radiant in Def slots, cant equip weapon or armour enchantments, and half my companion equipment cant be equipped,

    try unequipping the gear and then slotting your stuff. that worked for a friend.

    Worked for comp gear and mount collar, but still cant put in enchantments

    This patch is also affecting Mount Collars. I was attempting to swap them out and I can not put it back on in the appropriate window. However, if I go to my bag inventory window, I can equip the collar. Minor inconvenience but not working as before.

    Same error with artifacts, all gear tipe, all runestones and enchantment, troubles with profesiones, adventurer can not be usables..... Fatal error in this patch..... I only hope we haven’t to wait a complete week for fixing.....

    Since today's update it appears as though the right most artisan / tool can no longer be selected

    If there is only one artisan / tool then that can't be selected and it's impossible to craft / gather

    i took an enchantment out of a shirt slot and cant get one back in.

    Unfortunately the workaround with gear, enchants, tools etc. by changing their Order doesn't work for artisans so do something quick pleased.

    Yep... the right most artisan / tool for each profession / gathering is currently permanently out of action until a fix comes

    Also one of my characters only has 1 artisan for most professions so those are all unusable right now... so I can't craft anything

    "Enchantments" not slotting cleared all loadouts bare 170 rating really frustrated.

    Thank the gods i'm not the only one having these problems. :(
