Account Companion not Reclaimable

Dedicated Squire - Account from the Legendary Class Companion Choice Pack is not reclaimable on any other toon.

I picked it from the pack and binded it to one toon. I do not see where to collect it on other toons. It is not in the RCA in any of the tabs. Is there another spot or is it bugged?

I have the same problem can't claim dedicated squire on other characters. This above link is a pc discussion... just making sure we let them know here on xbox bugs that it's also a issue on xbox

Its all the class companions at this point. None are reclaimable at the agent

Sharandar Ruins explorer's chart node still unobtainable. This is the second double professions event with that node being unobtainable.
