Stuck in quest ?

Hi,
Ive only just started playing Neverwinter (total Noob)
I got this quest A HOUSE IN NEED (im level 3)
I started this quest and it is much too hard for my level.
I cant leave the area, I tried abandoning quest but i still cant leave the area. The mobs are far too hard to kill.
Is there a way of leaving the area i dont know about ? or will i have to delete my character and start all over again ?
Please Help !!

    You can always leave a quest, H key will pull up help menu, then you find the I am stuck on quest, and there is an option to eject you. Don't be afraid or too proud to request help from other players, I know we can be salty at times, but someone will respond. Assuming you don't get too spammy.

    Just killing time...

    Assuming you are eventually able to get out, I recommend buying a handful of teleport scrolls from the Auction House, keep them in your inventory and if you get stuck in a similar situation again, open your inventory quickly double-click a scroll and it will teleport you to that location (usually Protector's Enclave but there are others) hopefully before anything kills you. I've been in this position many times myself, it's horrible.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    Not so long ago, they added a green teleport stone in just about every popular zone. This is free to use once per hour, but it needs you to go "talk" to the stone to be set first time. After you do that, you click the green stone icon near the rim of your compass. It costs AD to use it again before the timer is up.

    Yea but that's not their issue and would not help them in this case. The issue is (and as I said to them, I have had this happen to me in the past) that they are getting killed because the mobs are too strong and overwhelming them in a few seconds so they die, they're re-spawning when they try to come back in but then because they are put back in the same location on the map, the mobs are still around and attack them and kill them again preventing them from just running away and exiting the map. You are stuck dying over and over again in the same location no matter what, you can't get way from the mobs. In this case they would no more be able to find their way to a teleport stone (which is in safe place near an exit anyway) than they would be able to just get away without being noticed.

    This can only be a huge BUG, because "A House in Need" is the quest that opens the Descent into Avernus Campaign, which is level 20.
    Lately bugs are piling up, it's unfortunate, but that's the reality, whether you like it or not.
