Bard watcher weapon set from which boss ?

Heya , I've been leveling up a bard for a while now and a lot of people suggested I get the watcher set as a alternative to the lionheart set , which is quite hard to get. However , I can't really find which boss gives the set. Anyone perhaps knows?

    I've been defeating a lot of watchers with my guild and I don't think they are dropping yet. The only way I found to obtain them is by buying the "Glory of Neverwinter pack".
