Acquisitions incorporated buyout

I purchased the acquisitions incorporated buyout on most of my main characters. Now they all have acquisitions incorporated as incomplete. I paid for the tokens with my credit card and you have removed the digital product after my purchase. I would like either a return of the zen on my account or equal value reimbursement.

    Have you looked at the quest to see what is showing as incomplete? It could just be a matter of clicking a box or talking to an npc to re-complete.

    If that's the case, would you really want them to reimburse you and reset AI to zero progress..?

    Yeah I know what an incomplete or partial complete looks like. I also know how to open the quest and see the quest line. Thank you for questioning that.

    Buyouts require you to do the intro quest chain.
