Token of Challenge

Last night, three of us did Harvester and two us were on our seventh and one the sixth, but the challenge popped up and we completed it successfully. No one recieved the Token of Challenge, what went wrong? Anyone else have this issue?

    Token of challenge will not come until the 3rd week. This is the 2nd week.

    What is the benefit of the challenge quest then?

    Extra token of participation as stated in its description. Click the Harvester banner under the mini map. There is a description.
