It is really quite a good combat based game - that's for sure - but it lacks a classic feature of all great combat mechanics - Jumping!!! - Jumping is a classic move in almost every great combat game - Kingdoms of Amalur lacked this key mechanic and the combat felt that it lacked something, like a missing feature that could have made it an excellent game beyond doubt! - but let alone double jumping, it didn't even have jumping - NW on the other hand has a lotta combat mechanics, and you can jump - and you may not even feel that it lacks anything to make it truly excellent! - but despite that I feel that if it is introduced, double jumping would be a superb addition to the range of motion available to combat techniques - like to jump over adversaries and attack them from a different angle, or to jump over some terrain and head around them - or launch encounters in air! So much to add to the combat it should be seriously considered as an additional combat mechanic to be implemented!! L8ER!

It is a good thing they added jumping and swimming to the sequel, but again they failed to add double jump and only managed to sell 5 million copies in 2015. Don't you just hate it when classic games like Frogger just cannot understand the basic need for physical reality demonstrated by the average parkour sportsman?
Just killing time...
