Wayward Bard Outfit on Female Humans

The shirt doesn't show up at all, and the pants have skin showing through. Wayward Bard's Crown is showing up under the Catti-brie hairstyle.
Basically, my bard looks a bit of a wreck at the moment in her purchased outfit. hah
The shirt was visible before the patch today.

It was bugged for my male bard (only hat worked) in the beginning but then they fixed it.

It no longer looks like the uniform from the Tabaxi in tales of old. What's funny is the zen store still shows his outfit in the promotional image... I contacted support with pictures and am hoping to hear at least some kind of reasoning for this change without warning.
