Dragonborn Supplies not dropping the Black Dragon Ioun Stone listed in it's tooltip.

  You means the companion did not drop. The Artifact, Heart of the Red Dragon" does show up in your inventory.
  For whatever it worth, "Dragonborn Legend Pack" drops the Black Dragon Ioun Stone.
  Based on your picture, the description looks exactly the same except yours is "Dragonborn Supplies" and mine is "Dragonborn Legend Pack".

  Interesting. Don't remember the name of the pack that got me this to be honest. But the details show it's supposed to be in there, and my other 9 toons show that it used to come from there for me.
