Bug can't travel to whispering caverns to do guild race item level 17,000

but my character level 5 has item level of 18,665

    level 8 20k item level still can't get to whispering caverns to run the stronghold race

    With the changes from mod 21you have to unlock it by completing the other leveling adventures befoer it first. I think it unlocks at around level 17 iirc.
