Hello, since I installed the game on my pc, I have been having this strange "shadow" bug in the models (see images), this happens from time to time in character, npcs and enemies. Have you fully uninstalled GPU drivers? I mean there is in AMD Cleanup Utility to fully uninstal and remove files which stay even after it.. The point is to have fully fresh drivers updates.

Other thing is it happening in specific areas or in any area, also in specific time like using x power or etc or just randomly?

One other thing you could do is, keep your system usage, how much gpu/cpu and RAM are used when that happens..

Also it would be nice if you would run game client file check, to make sure there is no corrupted files.

I've already uninstalled the video card drivers with AMD's own software, used the DDU and nothing fixes this problem.

The same happens suddenly, randomly and from time to time. It can happen on any map.

And I've also used checking files by the launcher. I think it's a problem with the game itself, a bug.

Try playing with the shadow settings in the game itself and see if turning them down helps. It looks to me like a rendering issue which would be at your end. Is your DirectX version correct? I've personally never ever seen anything like that happen.

Everything is up to date here on my PC, drivers, Windows, Directx and so on. This bug only happened in this game. I'm sad to know that even the game's producer doesn't know what this problem might be and doesn't want to help me, I've sent several reports and nothing to make an effort.

Apparently I'm going to have to keep this up until I have a better PC.

A very long time ago, in the first few years of the game, I was running windows XP on another computer and playing Neverwinter, and XP could only support up to a certain level of directX (eventually they removed support for that version and I was forced to upgrade to a new computer and win10) and I was really struggling to have the game run without serious lag. To get it to run to a playable level I was forced to turn all the settings down very low and had to tinker with all the controls to see what was the best I could have and what did I have to turn off or down. I found at the time that the shadows made the most difference and were using the most resources and turning them off completely made the biggest improvement to the lag I was having. I just got used to not having them at all and while it would have been nice to have them there I ended-up not even noticing they were gone. I think it's maybe just the shadows are straining your ram etc, they use a lot of resources.

I put the game's shadows on the low already, but it didn't work. And I can't play without shadows, the game gets ugly.

Should have seen it when I was playing it on XP lol, it was horrendous. I hope you get it sorted out anyway.

Actually Valindra has something similar graphics problem and i'll try to make a screenshot next time, she has not entirely the same issue but similar. She looks very strange.

Are you using Radeon graphic card as well? I bring this up because there were reports regarding shadow issue in other game using Radeon graphic card.

I'm using Nvidia GeForce GT 740 with Intel Pentium Dual Core CPU in personal computer.

Edit: I write what type of GPU I use because I am very lacking in knowledge on this topic. Sorry about that.
