The Odious Court Quest Completion (NOT REPEAT)

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or intended. It has been the trend over the past several years and multiple campaigns that when you finish your initial weekly quest, you get weekly haul credit. Then you do the repeat, and get credit again. The initial completion of Illefarn Ruins (the quest) does not give any weekly haul credit.

    The initial one is a campaign related quest (proceed in questline) while the weekly is just for the weekly haul..
