Item level, level requirement and tooltip errors.

Bug 1 : The tooltip on the hidden pouches dropped from Tymoras lucky enchants states that they may contain uncommon (green) rings/necklaces. This is no longer correct :
Bug 2 : The tooltip on the Eternal Equipment chest (from adventurers seals vendor at lvl 20) claims that it will contain 1 piece of rare (blue) equipment for your class. This is incorrect.
Bug 3 : The uncommon (green) gear rewarded from Tymora pouches and Eternal Equipment chest has an item level of 1125, the rare (blue) pieces has an item level of 840/861.
Bug (?) 4 : The epic gear you can buy for Adventurers seals at level 20 is bind to account on pickup and has no level requirement, is this intended ?

Mimics (the chests) and Tymora bags drop epic quality gear that is great for gearing up toons on their way to level 20. After hitting level 20, the loot quality is reduced to green/blue and not worth farming for. @skingdev#1102
