can't copy char

5 of us have tried to copy our chars.. and none of us can add a new char to preview.. Is there something we need to do to be able to copy our char? or is there an issue ?

    I posted about this in the bug section. Due to my experimenting, I believe any character that has started Tyranny of Dragons is unable to transfer to Preview.
