The Undead and the Dying quest works fine until getting to the soldiers monument, then can't progress into the building. Glitters as if active, but does not give me the option to enter

Same here. I ran into it yesterday on my new Bard.
Went back today with a different character and the same thing happened.

This does bring an aspect of this to light. Since questing is now pretty linear more attention does need to be done once this goes live. If you have a bug like this it will prevent anyone from leveling past it. Before you could just skip the quest and get your XP somewhere else.

These bugs are "game breakers" for people levelling. As for a levelling toon, there is nothing else to do. No other quests to pick up (not even side quests). It is linear.

These bugs can NOT be allowed to go live, these can NOT be allowed to occur once live, they have the potential to put new people off continuing to play the game, especially if they are going to have to wait a few days, or weeks for a bug that prevents them from progressing to be fixed.

Bugs within the levelling areas are going to HAVE to be a priority for fixes/hotfixes if you want to see growth.
