Avernus Infernal Machine (Car) bugged after most recent patch

Following the most recent patch, On entering the Wastelands, the car did as in the video, kept flashing the toon in and out of the car. The only way I found to get out of the car was to spam the Shift and Tab keys... sometimes holding one key down while spamming the other one. This can take a couple of key strokes or 20+ keystrokes... Relogging did not solve

I experience this exact same issue and by spamming tab key am able to temporary exit the condition. If you hold tab to long you get out of vehicle and when you get back into vehicle the condition reoccurs.

Sadly even after patching since the original post, this bug is still happening
