M21 - Warlock Combat Training

Currently when a level 80 character who is now lvl 20 goes to complete the combat training quest "Training Day" the dodging using and not using shift never works. this makes it impossible to complete this quest. i typically use the Warlock Shadow Slip from double tapping the arrow keys to slip out of red zones and my dodges are never registered successful. This works as you intended when you start a new level 1 character.
